GO TEAL in September

September is National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. Our theme this year is: Know your body. Know the symptoms. Help spread the word.

Below are some ideas of what you can do in your community:

• On Friday, September 4th, 2009, hundreds across the nation wore TEAL to support National Ovarian Cancer Awareness Month. TEAL is the ovarian cancer community’s color and serves as a reminder that ovarian cancer is the deadliest of all the cancers of the female reproductive system and a leading cause of cancer death among women.
