I was diagnosed the first time with ovarian cancer was on Thanksgiving Day in 2001. The second time was in 2005. I have been cancer free for 7 years now and I have never fought so hard for something in my life. I spent 4 days a week between 3-8 hrs a day in chemo therapy. When they found the cyst I was told it was as large as a football, and the second time it was as large as a softball. Just when I thought I had seen the last of my days I used all of my strength and determination to pull through. I spent a little over a month in hospitals getting sick each and every day. It is now 2012, I’m 30 years old and I’m in remission. If you currently have cancer or are a cancer survivor you know how hard it is to go through. I hope this story will touch many hearts just as the ones I have read touched mine. Good luck to everyone!
